     Description: Dimethyl dichlorosilane hydrolyzate is a clear colorless fluid, product of hydrolytic polycondensation of dimethyl dichlorosilane (DMDCS).

Polymethylsilicone fluids are inert, explosion-proof, produces no poisonous action to skin and conjunctiva.

Applications:

  • Fluids PMS 5-10 are used as damping liquids and thermal liquids (both low- and high- temperature) for instrumentation.
  • Fluids PMS 20-40 are commonly used as damping , hydraulic, parting liquids for instrumentation as well as grease base.
  • Fluids PMS 50-200 are used as damping , hydraulic, parting liquids as well as additives in polishing liquids and a variety of household chemical goods.
  • Fluids PMS 300-400 are used as a base of petrolatum paste. Water-based emulsions of these fluids are used as release agents in production of general mechanical rubber goods, plastic goods, and rubbers , also in production of dielectric pastes and petroleum jellies , and as damping liquid.
  • Fluids PMS 500-1000 are used as damping liquid.
  • Fluid PMS 100R is used as a base constituent of low-temperature greases, refrigerant, and low-temperature liquids for a variety of instrumentation.
  • Fluid PMS 200-A is used as foam inhibiting agent for petroleum oils and printing inks in printing industry as well as parting agent in tire industry.
  • Fluids PMS-200,300 and the emulsion on the base of PMS-400 are allowed to use in food industry.

  4. DEFOAMING DIMETHYL SILICONE FLUIDS 131-85, 131-86


     Description:
  • Fluid 131-85 is liquid dimethyl silicone.
  • Fluid 131-86 is a complex mixture of polymethyl silicones with boiling point above +110 ºC at atmospheric pressure, liquid of grey to brown color.

    Safety information:
    Defoaming polymethylsilicone fluids fall into low-hazard substances.
    In view of their inflammability, the use of open flame when handling the fluids should be avoided.

    Applications:
         Fluid 131-85

    • is one the most effective silicone defoaming agents. It is used to prevent foaming or to break the foam formed in aqueous and non-aqueous media at dyeing with dispersed dyes with large content of surfactants as well as in production of pharmaceuticals, paper and textile industry.
    • The fluid is used for preparation of defoaming emulsions.

         Fluid 131-86

    • is used as defoaming agent at distillation of monomers from latex as well as in textile industry but not only there.

      5. FLUID 115-99


         Description: The Fluid 115-99 is polyether of ortho-silisic acid. The material is blastproof, not toxic.

      6. PRODUCT 115-336


         Description: The product 115-336 is complex blend of olgomethylethoxysilanes, a liquid of light yellow to brown color.

    Applications :
    • The product 115-336 is defoaming agent of prolonged action, an effective mean for inhibiting foam in neutral and basic solutions as well as nonaqueous media.
    • It prevents foaming and breaks the foam formed in synthetic rubber making process, in textile, woodworking, pulp-and-paper industry, etc.
    • It is used also in printing production to prevent tanning extrect foaming, in the production of detergents, resins, in coloration lines.

      7. WARTER-REPELLENT FLUID 136-157


         Description: Fluid 136-157 is methylhydrogensilicone polymer, low-viscous oil of light-yellow color or without color. It is readily dissoluble in aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, undergoes gelation in the presence of amines, amino alcohols, strong acids and bases. No dissolution in lower alcohols.

         Safety information: Fluid 136-157 is untoxic, explosion-proof, inert, produces no harmful gas emission, causes no irritation to skin or conjunctiva, is physiologically safety.
         Nota bene: Fluid 136-157 is inflammable.
         Storage conditions: in storage room, at a distance from open flame, acids, and alkalis.

    Applications:

    • Fluid 136-157 is designed to impart hydrophobic (water-repellant) properties to a variety of fabrics, paper and leather; to improve humidity resistance of asbestos cement and gypsum board, ceramic materials, porcelain and glass insulators, a variety of materials of construction; to formulate release agents for glas-moulding surfaces.
    • The hydrophobic treatment of surfaces with Fluid 136-157 does not impair the air renewal in constructions, has no influence to the appearance of the material of construction, reduces the dirt retention and extends service life of surfaces treated.
    • In addition, the treatment with Fluid 136-157 prevents the deterioration of heat-insulating properties of materials of construction, treated surfaces showing a good freeze- thaw resistance, UV- and IR- resistance, withstanding alternate humectation and dissication.
    • When treated with Fluid 136-157 , building structures are not subject to destructive effect of moss and lichen.

      8. WATER-REPELLENT FLUID GKZ-11K


         Description: Fluid GKZ-11K is water or water-alcohol solution of potassium methylsiliconate.

    Applications:

    • GKZ-11Ks are designed for treatment of porous materials of construction, buildings and structures of brick, marble, tuf, concrete, cement, asbestos cement, tiles, and other similar materials.
    • When treated with GKZ-11Ks, surfaces do not imbibe water and retain gas and air permeability so that protective properties of structures improve. The treated surfaces show.


      9. WATER-REPELLENT FLUID GKZ-11N


         Description: GKZ-11N is sodium methylsiliconate powder or water or water-alcohol solution of sodium methylsiliconate.
