  •   Enamels type KO-168 BX RADUGA
          Description: The enamels type KO-168 BX RADUGA represent a suspension of pigments and extenders in a modified silicone product. A large color spectrum of the KO-168 BX RADUGA is produced.

    The enamels stand the fading test and static action of water.

    Safety information: For the preparation of the enamels type KO-168 BX RADUGA the diluents as butyl acetate, white spirit, ethyl acetate, or their mixtures are used which are allowed to use for the household purpose. The enamel coat in dry condition is nontoxic and fire-safe.

    Applications:

    • The enamels type KO-168 BX RADUGA are designed for decorative weather-proof finish of brickwork, concrete, cement, wooden and metal surfaces.
    • They have good consumer properties and present a number of advantages over other enamels:
      • very good adhesion to materials of construction as well as good hiding power;
      • tolerance of coated surfaces for wash with cold and hot water;
      • unaltered appearance and quality of coated concrete upon long exposure to water.
    • Ways of application of the enamels: by brushing (rolling) spraying.
    • The two-coat painting provides an even beautiful surface.

    Applications:

    • The enamel KO-5102 is used for concrete, asbestos cement, brickwork, and metal to create a durable protective-decorative coat of high quality and with high gloss.
    • The enamel is widely used for decorative finish of buildings. This noticeably improves the appearance of the latter, preventing breakdown of construction materials through the action of atmospheric precipitation and industrial air pollutants.
    • In combination with the stabilizing agent MFSN-V, the enamel forms a durable, flexible, and chemically stable film on the metal surface. This property allows the mixture to be used for reconditioning of damaged enamel coat on houseware, industrial equipment and domestic appliances which operate at temperatures over the range from the room temperature to 350, as well as surfaces which are in contact with foodstuffs.

    Shelf life - 6 Months from the date of manufacture.



      2. SYSTEM OF FRONT COVERINGS


  •   Paint primer KO-080
          The paint primer KO-080 is a solution of mixture of styrol-acrylic resin, silicone resin and functional admixtures in the blend of organic solvents.

          Description: The ready-to-use quick-drying paint primer KO-080 strengthens painted surfaces to make paint uptake more uniform. The use of the primer noticeably improves adhesion to substratum , reducing consumption of façade enamel paints. The material is noted for a high moisture resistance.
    Since the application of the paint primer KO-080 is possible in any time of year , the painting season can be extended considerably. The atmospheric precipitation even fallen 30 mins after painting, could not wash away the composition.

    • The paint primer KO-011C is designed for plastered or/and uncoated concrete /brick masonry/ ceramic surfaces of structures to flatten, impregnate and strengthen them or create decorative, protective, and weatherproof coats on them.

  •   Enamel KO-169 M Façade
          Description: The enamel KO-169 M Façade is a suspension of pigments and extenders in the solution of mixture of silicone resin and styrol-acrylic resin with the addition of solvents and functional agents as softening agent, stabilizing agent.

    Application:

    • The enamel KO-169M Façade is designed for façade treatment and restoration of buildings and structures for application on primed surfaces of concrete and brick masonry, and plastered surfaces. The use of the enamel KO-169M Façade for protection and decoration of surfaces inside of buildings and structures is also possible.
    • Prior to application of KO-169M Façade, the surface must be treated with the paint primer KO-080. Then, two coats of the enamel are applied. Painting is permitted in any season of the year, however, the dryout time becomes longer at negative temperatures.
    • The coating shows a high adhesion to any material of construction, good resistance to action of UV-radiation and chemical action, attack of atmospheric precipitation. The fresh (wet) coating is resistant to atmospheric precipitation.
    • The coatings operate continuously under any climate conditions at temperatures within -50ºC to +50ºC without loosing beautiful appearance. Furthermore, they prevent development of mold and fungi.

      3. SYSTEM OF COVERINGS FOR CEMENT PRODUCTS


  •   Paint primer KO-011C

          Description: The paint primer KO-011C is a solution of polymethylphenyl siloxane resin in organic solvents.

    Applications:

    • The paint primer KO-011C is designed for civil and industrial engineering to flatten, impregnate and strengthen the face of uncoated and plastered concrete / brick masonry/ ceramic walls of buildings and structures, and asbestos-cement articles prior to application of silicone enamel paints.
    • The paint primer KO-011C is recommended to apply in one coat by means of spray gun, brush and/or roller. Prior to application of paint the fresh concrete and plasterwork must be conditioned for 4 week, but the fresh asbestos-cement foundations require a 3 month conditioning.
    • Prior to restoration the old peeling paint coat must be removed from the façade, dust from chalk-overly surfaces, roughness of the surface smoothed away, and the cracks filled with cement mix or compo.
    • The application of the paint primer KO-011C is possible in any season of the year at any ambient temperature. If priming is made at ambient temperature within 18-35º, further painting is possible in 2 hours at least. Priming at a lower ambient temperature requires at least 12 hours for dryout of prime coat prior to application of paint.
    • The paint primer doesnt require additional dilution. Mixing the primer with other paintwork materials is not allowed.
    Shelf life - 12 Months
    Store the material in a sealed package avoiding exposure to heat, moisture and direct sun rays.

  •   Paints KO-Asbestos
          Description: The paints KO-Asbestos are a suspension of pigments, extenders, and special admixtures in the silicone binder.
    The paints are produced in red-brown and green color. The production of the paints in other color is possible on the consumers demand.

    Applications:

    • The paints KO-Asbestos are designed to impart decorative and protective properties to the asbestos shingle and other asbestos-cement articles to prevent their fretting and migration of asbestos to the atmosphere.
    • Prior to application of the paints KO-Asbestos the surface must be cleaned of dust, dirt, depositions and flattened with the silicone paint primer KO-011C. The paints are applied in one coat by means of spray gun, brush, or roller. Painting of non-primed surfaces is also possible.
    • The paints are stirred prior to application, diluted with toluene, xylene or solvent, if necessary.
    • Mixing KO-Asbestos with other paintwork materials as well as painting wet surfaces is not permitted.
    Shelf life - 6 Months.


      4. COVERINGS FOR WOODEN SURFACES


  •   Enamels PF-101K
          Description: The enamels PF-101K are a suspension of pigments and extenders in the alkyd (pentaphtalic) lacquer modified with the mixture of polymethylphenyl siloxane resin and petroleum polymer resin with the addition of organic solvents and other admixtures.
    A wide color spectrum of enamels is produced.

    • The high-gloss enamels PF-101K dry fast in the open air, possess high moisture resistance. For the application of the enamels a spray gun, brush or roller can be used. Prior to application the enamels must be diluted with white spirit, xylene, solvent, or the mixture of white spirit and butyl acetate in the ratio 1:3 up to the operating viscosity.

      5. COVERINGS FOR METAL SURFACES


  •   Alkyd-silicone paint primer PF-0101KP wiht corrosion modifying agent
          The anticorrosive paint primer PF-0101KP is a suspension of the mixture of pigments, extenders and the corrosion modifying agent in the alkyd-silicone binder with the addition of functional admixtures, drying agent and organic solvents.

          Description: PF-0101 KP possesses perfect adhesion to metal giving a fast bond with covering layer of paintwork material.
    The advantages of the paint primer PF-0101 KP with corrosion modifying agent:
    possibility to paint metal surfaces when derusting means and methods as shot-blasting, sand-blasting, etching , etc. can not be used as well as when the metal surface is covered with rusty dust remained after derusting.

    • For the application of the enamel a spray gun is used.
    • The wires and cables are coated by dipping into the enamel.
    Note:
    The enamel KO-84M is produced in white, black, brown, red, green, blue, grey and pale blue color. The production of other colors of enamel is possible on demand.

          Description: The enamel KO-828M is a suspension of aluminium powder in the solution of heat-resistant lacquer having a blend of organic solvents.

    Applications:

    • The enamel KO-828M is designed for phosphate-treated or nonphosphatized metal surfaces which operate at +400ºC for a long time.
    • The enamel doesnt require additional preparation. For the application of the enamel the pneumatical and/or electrostatic spraying is used. Brashing and rolling is also possible.
    • The surface to paint must previously be cleaned of dirt and fat. Sand-blasting is the best way to prepare the surface.
    • Solvent, toluene, xylene, or their mixture may be used to dilute the enamel, if necessary. Prior to application the enamel must be stirred thoroughly.

          Description: The enamels KO-811, KO-811K are a suspension of pigments and extenders, and functional admixtures in a solution of silicone lacquer. The enamel KO-811K is used only in combination with the stabilizing agent MFSN-V.

          Description: The enamel KO-835 is a mixture of 94 parts of the heat-resistant lacquer KO-075, 6 parts of aluminum powder grade PAP-1 or PAP-2. The components are mixed direct before application of the enamel.

          Description: The enamel KO-99KP is a mixture of the solution of resin-modified silicone lacquer in organic solvents, and pigments, extenders.

  •   Enamel OC-5103K
          Description: The enamel OC-5103K is a suspension of extenders and pigments in the solutions of organic and silicone polymers.
    Physical and chemical characteristics

    Applications:

    • The enamel shows a good adhesion to metals and alloys, glass, concrete, asbestos cement , brickwork, ceramics and plastics which are based on epoxy-, phenol-formaldehyde- and silicone resins, and so can be used to create protective and decorative coat on these surfaces.
    • The enamel can also be used to paint heat-electric generating stations.
    • The enamel coat in dry condition shows a good heat resistance, perfect electric- and heat-insulating properties, resistance to action of acid, alkali, frost and moisture as well as industrial gaseous emissions, atmospheric precipitations, and ionizing radiation.

  •   Enamel OC-1203K
          The enamel OC-1203K is a suspension of pigments, extenders and functional admixtures in the mixture of silicone lacquers and solvents.

          Description: The enamel OC-1203K is noted for a long-term adhesion to the surface of materials of construction and metal, and perfect dielectric and heat-insulating properties, the resistance to action of acids, humidity, atmospheric precipitations and industrial gaseous emissions, and the radioparency.

    Advantages of the enamel:
    • impart to painted surfaces water- repellent properties , frost / weathering / sunlight resistance;
    • due to its fungicidal properties, the enamel prevents development of mold and fungi to maintain aesthetically beautiful appearance of painted surfaces over a long period of time;
    • this heat-resistant , air-cured coat can operate at 300C over a long period of time;
    • resistant to the action of ionizing radiation;
    • the enamel coat doesnt accumulate radionuclids;
    • the coat is radioparent, transmits the radio waves (FM);
    • the wash of painted surfaces with hot or /and cold water, and/or alkalescent detergents is possible.
    Warranty period of coat: min. 6 years.

          Description: The traffic paint is a suspension of pigments, extenders and water-repellent agent in the silicone binder.

    Means of application: For the application of the paint a marking machine is used.

    The paint is exceptionally resistant to sunlight and frost, water and salt.

    Applications:

    • The traffic paint CDMK-501G is designed for marking of bituminous concrete pavement, concrete runway surface.
    • The consumption rate of the paint is 460-490 g/m2 at 300 micron coating thickness.
    • The allowed temperature of application of the paint is +10 to +40C.
